The 360° Plan

The assistance Engagement Group provided to me and our Texas Baptist conventions was most valuable.

As we began contemplating next steps for future ministry effectiveness and efficiency, their work was excellent, probably because the people are as well.

The 360° Plan was the single most significant process that our church has undergone in years.

It helped me to accomplish in two sessions what I’ve attempted to accomplish for over 5 years. It was helpful and guiding (visionary). It renewed our hope in our future. After each session, I felt better about addressing some key issues and systems that plague our church. I’m encouraged to continue.
